Beautiful bar with wonderful live music and fantastic service! This bar is a must when on Hamilton Island! Staff are super friendly, personable and helpful! Had a particularly lovely lady, Sarah, who made us feel very welcome with amazing customer service! Wide range of drinks available and the cocktails were absolutely delicious!

Manager was extremely skilled to deal with unruly behaviour by other guests. I was peacefully having a late afternoon drinking, reading my book, music was nice, food was good. At some point, some football fans asked me if I minded if they raised the volume of the TV to watch the game. I was right beside the TV, which was muted, and I said I did mind. This unleashed the most hateful disrespectful unruly behaviour by them, telling me to leave the lounge, putting the sound of the TV on their phone just to irritate me, and even threatening me. At some point the manager discretely intervened, moving them to another side of the lounge, closer to a second TV, where they could watch the game, leaving me alone. He did this in a very tactful and skilled way.

Beautiful mocktails and cheese platter shared whilst listening to live music, really quick and friendly service, nice relaxed place to sit and chill for a bit. There's a pool table and lots of comfortable seating that can accommodate larger groups or smaller tables and lounge chairs for couples.

Beautiful location, all staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. Reef lounge is a great way to end the day with some great live entertainment. Rooms are very spacious, along with the bathrooms which have a large bath & seperate shower cubicle. Rooms have iron & board, table & chairs, seating, and a good size balcony that gets regular visitors!

A classy bar with great atmosphere. Good selection of alcohol behind the bar. Plenty of seating both indoors and out on the patio. Service is quick and staff are friendly. Can get quite busy as the evening goes on.

Recently refurbished, re-opened on 25th of June. Great atmosphere, quiet music in background. Good selection of drinks and finger food. Open from 10am till late. Great to chill with friends after a day on the beach or a boat ride... 3 big screen TVs to keep you entertained as well. Highly recommended! 🍹🍸🍷🍺✅

My husband and I just had the best margaritas we've had in years at the Reef Lounge. The first two were made by a young man whose name I didn't catch, and they were excellent. The second two, even better (!) by Catalina, who's from Chile. Great service, lovely staff - highly recommend!
